Privacy Policy

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR.

1. Controller

AMX Mediensysteme, owner Dirk Wenk, Remigiusstr. 63, 41747 Viersen, Germany · Email: contact@amx-mediensysteme.de. Full details in the Imprint.

2. The UnplugAll app

This policy concerns the website. The UnplugAll app itself has no network access — no data is collected, no account is needed, and nothing is transmitted to us or any third party.

3. Launch notification (email sign-up)

If you sign up via the form on this page, we store the email address you entered, along with the time and language of sign-up. Purpose: to notify you once, when UnplugAll becomes available in the App Store. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storage location: exclusively on our own server, no transfer to third parties, no mailing-list provider. Retention: until the one-time launch notification is sent, after which we delete the address; you can also request deletion at any time, informally, by emailing contact@amx-mediensysteme.de. Providing this information is voluntary.

4. Server log files

When you visit this site, our server automatically processes access data: IP address, date/time, requested resource, data volume, referrer and user agent. Purpose: secure, stable operation and abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention: a maximum of 7 days, then automatic deletion.

5. Hosting

The website is self-hosted on a server in the EU (OVH). No transfer to third-party hosting providers beyond running the server takes place.

6. Analytics

For anonymous reach measurement we use GoatCounter (self-hosted, cookieless). No cookies are set and no personal profiles are built; only aggregated, non-identifying metrics (page views, referrer, coarse region) are collected. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No consent banner is required for this (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Consent given under section 3 can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
